We also honor the individual redress principle, which gives individuals the right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to follow the law.
Email (CAN-SPAM)
We collect your email address to send information, respond to inquiries, and answer questions. We do not use false or misleading subjects or sender addresses, we identify advertisements as such, we include our business location in commercial email, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Health information (HIPAA)
Where M.Wolf Media provides electronic messaging and related technology services to or on behalf of health care providers, we handle individually identifiable health information in compliance with HIPAA and HITECH. We do not use or disclose protected health information (PHI) other than as expressly permitted, we do not sell or trade PHI, we store PHI in secured systems with restricted access, we require any agents or subcontractors who receive PHI to observe the same protections, and we limit use and disclosure of PHI to the minimum necessary for the intended purpose.
